If you connect your Slack workspace, we access workspace metadata such as channel names, member names, and activity patterns to generate team recommendations.

We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Teamster platform, generate AI team recommendations, execute agent tasks on your behalf, and communicate with you about your account and our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Agent execution happens in isolated containers on ECS Fargate, ensuring your code and data are never shared between users. We use Amazon Cognito for authentication and role-based access control.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Teamster integrates with Slack (via OAuth) and GitHub (via GitHub App). When you connect these services, we access only the scopes you authorize. You can revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@teamster.ai. You can also disconnect integrations and delete your account through the platform settings.
